I second Geoff's comment. When you process one order it comes up with a "safe place" box but not on multiple orders in one. It is unclear whether this is safe place to leave at delivery address or collection address. My luckily my postman knows my safe place but any new one doesn't

Hi I have selected my items to be collected from my location but I have no option to pick a safe place when I use click and drop. However if I go onto Royal Mail's website and send a parcel I have the option there to pick a safe place from a drop down menu. I have been trying to find out where I indicate the safe place is on Click and Drop and all I can do is go into preferences and update my collection address but NOT safe place. I had to go to google which told me I had to download the app and then I could enter my safe place on the app!!!! Can we please have a drop down option to choose a safe place on click and collect either when we create a collection or as a preference on our profile.

Previously, when redirected from Click & Drop to book a collection, there was an option to delegate a safe place where the collection would be left/picked up. There is no field for this in the newly integrated collection booking.
