Once again I have received a letter stating that we have been given a surcharge for two items as you claim they were incorrectly declared.

Your surcharge notice stated that the items were 635mm x 78mm x 80mm.

The two items in question were in fact tubes that measured 635mm x 80mm diameter. Now, if your automated measuring system is unable to determine when it sees something that is obviously a tube maybe the time has come that you add another tick box to the Click & Drop UI.

All it needs is when at the point of selecting SMALL or MEDIUM parcel, just have an extra box to tick for TUBES. Problems would then be solved.

It is just that it takes an inordinate amount of time to keep filling in online forms to you guys trying to get the surcharge reversed and not hearing anything from you for weeks on end.

Maybe we business customers should have the option to invoice RM for our wasted time in sorting things like this out. Now there's a thought !!!!
