The Royal Mail’s disparate collection of websites are impossible to navigate. One minute you are on the Royal Mail site, click a button and it looks like you are on Click and Drop (why are these even separated), then at another click you are on Parcel Force. Using the Send a Parcel button seems to randomly take a payment and produce a label but where is it? I have hunted high and low and it isn't in the Royal Mail collection of previous orders and neither is it in the Click and Drop collection of previous orders. I have the receipt, the label, the proof of posting.

If you use the Click and Drop button on the Royal Mail domain, it doesn't take you there. No, that would be be too obvious, it presents yet another Send and Item button. Why? This requires a lot of concentration and very frequent use to understand the rabbit warren of different divisions to simply send a parcel. I have been avoiding using it when I am tight on time, it's less effort to drive to the Post Office.
