QR Codes on CN23 4x6 labels are too small.

Post Office scanners can't scan the QR codes on CN23 4x6 labels as they are way small for their scanners to read.
This needs to be addressed urgently to avoid mis-direction of parcels.

    I still cant get my labels to generate anything but a4, even with settings at 6x4. This definitely needs addressing as the change was not full thought out it seems
