    I know royal mail prefer to take money off you with strange additional charges Etc but yes how about at least making it easy for us to get our postal cost back on lost / damaged items, I would also suggest compensation claims for late delivery, royal mail pays OFCOM for late deliveries but given there record would end up bankrupt
