  1. Train Royalmail Staff Correctly For PPI and Don't Call it Click and Drop

    We posted PPI wrongly for months because none of the post office staff understood how it works? We thought it was an upgraded to normal click and drop

    We would get letter, and aks staff to scan them
    We post them in a normal post box.
    Instead of handing a manifest and bags over.

    Later on, we found out the post office manager
    would be sorting and removing our PPI mail every day from the normal mailbox

    We lost 100's of order because not one member
    of staff understood how it worked?

    Someone should just say "You need hand these…

  3. Delivery Address for delivery confirmation, tracked, special etc

    Please, for deliveries that have tracking or delivery confirmations, please can you provide details of the delivery address - confirming delivery to the intended address, or when delivering to a neighbour the address of the neighbour, so we can inform our customers where their delivery is if they haven't had a card telling them - not getting cards happens too often.

  6. Mark as dispatched without printing label

    l would like to be able to mark orders that I have not posted with a Click & Drop label as dispatched in order to distinguish them from genuine new orders.

    Many of the items I dispatch are thin, light and robust enough to send in an ordinary DL window envelope with a stamp. This is much quicker and easier than using a Click & Drop label. However, I do use Click & Drop for the majority of my orders, which are comparatively bulky or addressed outside the UK.

  7. Order batches by variables other than the Click and Drop number

    We connect to a Shopify platform. After weeks of setting up the Click and Drop service to change from our franking machine we have discovered that at the 'batch' stage the orders cannot be reordered into the order that our orders are received, which is necessary for an efficient packaging process.

    Due to this problem we will not be able to use click and drop, which has required a lot of time to set up and we bought a thermal label printer that we have no use for now.

  8. Get the "Create Order" dialog to do something other than "sorry an unexpected problem occurred"

    I just can't get it to do anything.
    I click "Create Order" from the Orders page
    A dialog appears where I can enter details.
    I enter all the details that are * required, click "Create Order" and get a red bar saying "sorry an unexpected problem occurred".

    From the Chrome Console:
    POST https://apibusiness.parcel.royalmail.com/api/orders/create/ 404 (Not found)

  10. Return Parcels

    We are NOT able to produce any labels or book any Return Parcels IF the shipment was not dispatched using royal mail click and drop....

    this should not be the case, as the supplier will be using other services now and then - depending on prices etc..

  11. Add 'Customer Delivery Instructions' note or flag as a header option in the Dashboard.

    As orders are downloaded from Ebay, a customer might send a note. Unless you go into each order, its not possible to see the note. However, if on the Dashboard, you could add this as a column (even if its just a flag to say there is a note), then it would be very quick to scan all orders for notes.

  12. address reference

    why does the system not allow us to search in manual input of orders for an existing address. It asks for the reference but there is no way of getting the address for that reference into the new order - without going to the address book to create an order.
    But that is hard work - getting to the address book takes 3 clicks and then you have to find the right address.
    It would be much better if it populated the new order with the address from the address reference.

  13. Change order of favourite delivery services

    Please can you make it possible to change the order that 'favourited' delivery services appear, so we can put most commonly used ones towards the top of the list.

    My address book develops into my one-stop source. In the past I could very easily create a simple address label from my address book.
    Why is this facility no longer available?
