Option to Print Integrated Labels on A4 and CN22 on a 6x4 Label
If you choose Integrated Labels this means it has to be on A4, which means the CN22 has to be on A4 as well.
I want to print the CN22 on 6x4 using a different printer - but the option is greyed out.

It sounds like your system is set to print both the shipping label and the CN22 on A4 because you’ve selected Integrated Labels. Many platforms automatically pair documents to the same sheet when integrated labels are used.
A simple solution is to use paper with an integrated label that allows you to print the shipping label and invoice on A4 while keeping the CN22 separate. This way, you can still use your 6x4 label printer for the CN22.
I recommend using this integrated label paper -https://www.laserkett.de/en/Article/Paper-with-integrated-labels/
it’s designed specifically for seamless shipping processes. With this setup, your workflow remains efficient while still allowing separate CN22 printing. If your system doesn’t let you separate them, check your printing settings or contact your platform’s support to see if they allow adjustments for different printers.
Hope this helps!

Same for me.
I want to print integrated labels on A4 but print my CN22 labels on 6 x 4. It is either everything on A4, or you can't have the integrated labels and everything is printed on 6 x 4. Ie a label for the packing note, a label for the postal label and a label for the CN22.
