Shipping rules to allow multiple items per order
We sell on various ecommerce platforms (ebay & woocommerce) and the majority of our orders contain multiple items/products. Currently when we use shipping rules to apply postage it only works with orders that contain one item/product. This means most of our orders we have to apply postage manually which adds a lot of time to our shipping process. All of our items/products that we sell are small & we know that they fit within a certain package size.
All our shipping rules are based on weight, so orders upto 750g go large letter, orders over 750g go small parcel. This shipping rule will work for us no matter how many items are in an order.
Can you please add an option (tick box during setting up shipping rules) for click&drop customers to either use or not use, allow multiple items per order for shipping rules.
This will save us & so many other people so much time, thanks in advance. Jonny
Hi, thank you for your suggestion. channelshipper.com offers this functionality, you can read more about it here.
Kind regards

We also have a problem with this. Each item has a packaging format defined. All good if you have 1 item, but it doesn't work for multiples.
What we are looking for is this:
Letter + Letter + Letter (etc...) under a certain weight == Letter
All other items == Parcel
e.g.
Letter + Parcel == Parcel
Letter + Letter over a certain weight == Parcel
Parcel + Parcel etc... == ParcelIt should be really straightforward to generate this and save us a load of time and/or money.

Why can't you add this functionality instead of me having to go to another third party for a solution? So frustrating.
