STILL unable to pay for labels on C&D website. One month now.
I've send this issue to support, I've posted on here and nothing is changing. Since C&D did the change of adding the billing name in the checkout, I am unable to pay for any labels and have to manually process all shipment from our Shopify store. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?
The popup window for the payment card details, seem to not appear. I have not disabled any popup on my browser and the account doesn't work on any device or different computer. It's the payment processing that has a bug in it.
