Allow Channel Reference editing after cloning

We'd like to be able to edit the Channel Reference when an order has been cloned.

    Again needing this - A re-order comes in by Phone - Clone is perfect - EXCEPT cannot change channel reference to new order number!

    Clone would be great for saving time generating labels for repeat customers, but without being able to change the Channel reference, we can't tie it back to their new order.
