Hi all and thanks for your suggestions.
We are pleased to announce we have been able to begun work on this feature. We plan to improve our order timeline, so that you can see exactly which stage of the process each item is in, including when your item is in transit, and has been delivered.Click & Drop support

In general, a way to specify the return address on an item by item basis per item via dropbox or similar would save having to add a TRADING NAME each time we are asked by a customer to supply the delivery to a third party "plain cover" / "white label".
Also with the current CnD method of quoting TRADING NAME in dropbox to get a different return address, if the trading name has any differences in spelling / white space to that set up in CnD, it fails silently (just uses the default, which is the 1 thing it shouldn't do for plain cover packages)
