I don't understand why the fuel subsidy has gone up twice this year.

Luckily i keep very good records of what i sent or i would not even have known about this latest one to 16%. My bill did not match by over £6 to what i knew i had spent with RM, which is how i knew. They expect us to keep checking their subsidies page (which is hard to find) to know of any increase.

Fuel and electricity is LESS now than the start of the Ukraine war which RM used to put up the price to 8%. They are now using the Iran war as a reason to double it to 16% (via 11% a few months ago). Yet the price did NOT go down when fuel etc prices went DOWN.

This is price rises for Businesses ONLY by the backdoor. Yet no-one else will handle our Large Letters so we have no choice but to continue with RM.

With that and the charging for thermal labels when we were told that, if we brought the printer from RM the labels would ALWAYS BE FREE, RM is pricing themselves out of the reach of many small businesses.

When the Peak Subsidy hits this year in November it will be cheaper for us to take our Large Letters to the post office and send as a personal customer because they do NOT pay any subsidies. If we were not VAT registered it would be cheaper now to do that.

This rant will also be sent to my MP to ask the question in parliament to see if RM can give them a better answer than just getting more money for share holders !!

No doubt this will get taken down very quickly but i will keep putting it back up until RM answers my questions.
