RM's tracking page has disappeared completely and doesn't work at all. Instead, once you add the tracking number you get the 'get help' page.
On that note, when will RM have better tracking? All other delivery provider has daily tracking updates, with RM I get constant complaints from customers that the tracking is not updated and they don't know what happened to their delivery. It's an endless waste of time having to deal with customers asking where their parcel is.
