Our systems use CnD desktop but don't generate any customs information on NI or overseas orders, so we have to add it manually.
Previously the label missing the info would be placed in New orders and we'd add the customs info manually.
Now CnD just errors, so we have to manually generate the whole label (name, address etc.), not just the customs.
Have an option to allow the previous functionality.
