    Change the order of the fields in the Create Order screen so I can add the Post Code immediately after the recipient's name, when using the Tab key to navigate

  2. Add Option to Set Default Service Extensions for Services

    Could we have an option to set defaults such as (have it applied or not) "Provide SMS notification to the recipient" & "Provide email notification to the recipient" for all tracked items.

    It would make sense rather than select those tick boxes on every order to be able to have it pre-set as default and option to manually untick those boxes for customers that don't want notifications. it would make processing a lot more efficient.

  3. Don't Print 'Return Address' on Labels Printed Via QR Code

    When I'm trying to create a label via Royal Mail Send an Item, it asks for the sender's details. I do not wish to have my home address displayed so I untick the option.

    The PDF Label downloaded after I've paid for postage does not show my home address. However, when I go to the Delivery Office and have it printed via QR code, my home address displays in the return sender field.
