Add more Payment Options
The payment options on the 'Business' Click & Drop system are inferior to those on the 'casual' Send an Item system, in that in order to avoid PayPal all the card info has to be entered manually, including billing address, email etc that are pre-populated in the 'casual' system. Be great to have the same facility in both.
Please consider adding a payment service such as WorldPay or Stripe.

Please, please, please give us a payment option that doesn't use PayPal!
Even your consumer click and drop offering offers Worldpay for paying via card, so why is your automated click and drop (registered) offering so far behind?
I personally will NOT use PayPal due to various security, payment and their attitude to sellers (as well as customers)!

Add an option to pay by Credit/Debit card without PayPal (maybe option to save card details as well) or a way to say topup £50 or £100 to your account and postage comes out of those funds. I know you can do this with PayPal but its slow and too many clicks in the process.

We are working to replicate the payment options on send.royalmail.com on the registered user section for Click & Drop and are expecting to introduce this in May 2021

Paypal always has issues and is a slow method for paying for postage when using a credit/debit card. Most of my cards don't even work on it.
Please remove paypal when paying by card. I think it will improve the overall experience.

Please give us an option alongside PayPal!!! This has been mentioned and voted up many times in the last year and its not been addressed!
Not all of us can use PayPal! I'm in an industry where PayPal is not permitted and they will Not even allow me to use my cards via their checkout!
I now have to rely on my local post office drop and go so please bring back prepaid or at least a straight forward card checkout! You will save on fees too
