Any update here? All CN22 forms Click & Drop is producing aren't following IOSS guidelines and need to be manually adjusted, that isn't sustainable. Can you please start importing net instead of gross prices into C&D.

Any update on this? This is showing as "under review" for years now. Other couriers correctly import order values excl. VAT (even your sister company Parcelforce does it correctly)

Hi, any update on this? You are still showing gross figures (incl. VAT) in your CN22 for orders imported from WooCommerce. That leads to my customers often being overcharged import VAT by EU postal services, as they use the gross values as net values for their import VAT calculations.

If orders are imported from Shopify and Woocommerce, the CN22 customs values are populated with prices incl. VAT. As the IOSS limits (and general customs values) are based on prices excl. VAT, this leads to wrong customs calculations or IOSS shipments being charged during import, as the declared value (incl. VAT) now exceeds 150€. Please display prices on the CN22 excluding VAT - I currently have to manually amend every single EU order price to remove the VAT

The same applies to Shopify. I have to manually edit every single price for my EU orders which is very time consuming! Please apply the change requested above to Shopify imports.
