Label Generation: Customise Document / Label Order
We have set Click & Drop for returns labels to print as well as the send-to address labels.
Consensus amongst the despatch staff is we don't want this because the send-to label comes out first, so they will end up using the wrong label. The despatch process is that the last task is to put the send-to address label on the packet.
I know you may think this is splitting hairs, but the reality is if we can’t have the returns label come out first, it’s useless. It’s just not worth taking the risk that parcels will be returned to us without ever getting to the customer.
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion and feedback. This is not something in plan at current, but we will consider in future developments.
Kind Regards,
Click & Drop Support

This is bizarre, why change the process in this manner? At least give us the option of having either order (Label/Despatch/Label/Despatch or Label/Label/Despatch/Despatch). Was there any consultation on this?

We have today moved over from Print Assist to the new Desktop app for Auto Printing.
Everything was fine during testing as we printing 1 label at the time. We then decided it was time to print a large batch of orders. So selected 37 orders for the same item and printed.
We are then presented with 37 tracking labels, followed by 37 despatch labels. No longer does it print the shipping label alongside the despatch label! So we now have to sort out each label and find its relevant depatch note (GDPR would love it if we accidentally sent the wrong depatch label to the wrong customer!).
I phoned support and was told "this is by design and not a technical issue". Surely, whoever made this decision has not thought of customers who batch print orders.
Can someone please re-look at this and allow an option where we can print them the same as the old system. We have uninstalled the new desktop app on all 3 ship stations and they are now all having to download the pdf and print manually, just what we need for the busiest time of the year.

Deutsche Post combine their CN22 with the postage on the same label. Saves labels and is quicker.

Please can you change the Click and Drop label system. We send numerous bulk parcels overseas and it is very confusing when the postage label and customs label are printed separately. We would greatly appreciate this be looked into. Thank you
