Collection is no use for me unless I can leave parcels out in advance. At the moment, if each parcel is scanned individually through the collection mobile app the option for Safeplace comes up before checkout. I use this almost daily for my business, but it is slow and often, such as today, the app isn't working which leaves me no options.
On the Click & Drop website, collection can be booked for all orders in a couple of clicks but, even on the new version that you are still beta testing, you have not added a Safeplace collection option. I can't book my parcels in this way as I know the postal worker will not collect unless parcels are handed over in person.
If you just add the same Safeplace option to the website that you already have on the app, it will be a HUGE and invaluable improvement.

It would be good if you could enter a default safeplace for the account. Has this been implemented yet? It was planned 11 months ago, but i can't see where to enter a safeplace, either as a default or for each collection.
