Since the last update the tracking number is no longer returned in the results csv when importing orders with Click & Drop Desktop.

Can confirm, the solution posted by @bodah is working for us also on latest software.

Save a copy of labels to watch folder is already ticked on mine, and it does not solve the problem.
Only running version 1.3.3 of the Desktop exe is working for me.

The workaround posted by @bodah works, this was also recommended to me by Royal Mail who are aware of it and are working on fixing it apparently!
"Settings > Integrations > click on integration line ending in "Desktop" > tick "Save a copy of labels to watch folder""

Having the same problem, no order details are in the results file. We need this to automatically update our own back office system, which in turn updates our Amazon and Ebay orders.

workaround to get the tracking number in the results file is to log in to click & drop then go to :
Settings > Integrations > click on integration line ending in "Desktop" > tick "Save a copy of labels to watch folder"

I managed to find an old version of the Click and Drop Desktop exe (v 1.3.3), and are using that which works ok.
You need to mess around with file permissions to stop it updating to the latest version automatically.
Clearly Royal Mail are not interested in this, I sent email to Click Drop help desk and after 7 days not heard anything back.
We need the label copies and the Results CSV as this is what we use to update our systems with the shipping tracking number, this cannot be done manually for tens of orders everyday.

The copy of labels generated is missing and the results CSV file is empty.
