    Hi, thank you for your message, We will investigate how log in behaviours are working in our new version of desktop and update here in due course. If you find this issue recurring, please contact the help desk so that we can investigate further.

    The latest update is also supposedly logging in, however the imports don't work until you shut Click & Drop and then it asks for the password to login. It then picks up the import and processes it in seconds.

    The desktop app should remember our passwords forever, or use a token so we do not have to re-authenticate.
