Display prices before transaction is completed
Please can you confirm the cost of a transaction on Click & Drop before it is completed. It is very frustrating to complete something and find it is cheaper to send the parcel via a Send an Item.

As pricing for OBA accounts receive pricing based on volume, we are unable to provide pricing prior to completing a manifest.

The prices should be shown before the final manifest is printed -

I agree, it's fine having an invoice, but it adds all of the days transactions together and I cant see the individual prices for that day. Also, it's useful if you have to make a claim for a lost item so that you can answer the question "how much did you pay for the service"!
