Add Option to Manually Mark Tracking Status as Delivered
Sometimes, the tracking status of a shipment is not up-to-date, especially on export orders. I would like the option to manually change the tracking status of an order to 'Delivered'.
Hello and thank you for your suggestion. We support updating your integrations when a shipment has been despatched. There may be a few minutes delay between you marking your shipments as despatched in Click & Drop, and the same being reflected in your integration.

None of my international orders are showing anything as the tracking status. I know they have been delivered so why decline the option the manually update the status. Please advise.

Not sure you understand. I have orders that are showing as “We have it” in C&D but “Delivered” in Track & Trace. Also orders sent to USA a while ago that I know are received but still not showing anything in C&D. All I’m asking for is the ability to manually mark an order as Delivered when I know it has been.
