Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items
I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?
It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

I thought it was annoying when I had to book 10 for a collection and then book another 10. If you were faster than 15 minutes sorting your next 10 then you couldn't get the same day as your previous collection. If you book another day, come back after 15 mins and amend the collection day. But you then have to wait another 15 mins before you can amend another.
Now I can only book 1 collection of 10. After that it says "No timeslots available". I'm getting seriously fed up with Royal Mail. Postie thefts (viewed Ring footage) and 'lost' undelivered items are on the rise too.
It was good to start with but if it's not resolved soon we'll all be looking for alternatives I think

I agree. I have to make multiple collections which is really annoying. My postie isn’t confused but it does take me time to out through 3 collections

I have reported this and had a long email exchange with Royal Mail over it, but they just cannot see the issue.
In my instance, I set up an order of 60 x Tracked 24 items.
After making payment, I clicked on Book Collection and there was an error shown (Unknown error has occured).
After some experimentation, it seems that a Book Collection will ONLY work if you have 10 items or less on the order.
According to the help desk, you can book up to 50 collections per day but each collection can only consist of 10 items.
When I tried, I would have had to have 2 x collections on the Friday (20 items), 1 x collections on the Saturday, 2 on the Monday (etc) which meant it would take too long to send out this batch.
Even the local post office moaned when I took in 60 Tracked 24 items - they said they could only handle 10 at a time!
