Add claims function for deliveries that go missing
Add function so that when a delivery is lost that the claim can be done easily. For example when a delivery is still showing as 'We've got it' and it's over 7 days past it's expected delivery date. We should be able to make a claim through the portal we purchased that service from ie Click and Drop.
This would avoid filling in duplicate information through the claim forms online.

This is dissapointing. The current claim process (form) is awful especially that they have disabled copy and paste. You have all the info of the shipping in click and drop, surely you can raise the issue on our behalf?
I am currnetly having to claim for about 10% of my shipped orders that have gone missing in transit. Customers use click and drop to help them manage multiple parcels to ship therefore it would make sense to support these customers.

The frustration involved in filling out the online claims form is definitely seen as a feature, not a bug. If they made it easier, they would have to pay out more, which would increase costs.
