In my settings, I can only have access to:
Your Details - Profile
Password
Saved payment cards
Communication preferences
Deregister -
My setting looks completely different from yours on that picture which you uploaded here.

My settings don't have Miscellaneous option.

Thank you for answer Tech. Before I created this post, I tried to find this option by myself and I couldn't find anything. I decided to contact customer service, and they replied that there is no any option to remove it :D

Hi it already exists. Go to Settings / Miscellaneous and tick Hide postage price on your postage labels.

Yes this is the best idea! If you want to send a gift or you just don't want to tell recipient how much you spent for it.
