Can't change sender name in the customs forms
It has been impossible for me to be able to change the sender name in the customs fields as it brings up the wrong name. Nowhere in the settings am I able to find a way to change this. Nothing that comes up matches the name that prints on the customs forms.

Thank you for your feedback.
You should be able to change your sender name in your trading name settings. However, there is currently a problem with this for certain destinations and services. We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible and we will update this page when it is fixed.
