NEW PROBLEM. As of today you are calculating the 10% USA Tariff wrong.
Royal Mail Click & Drop have now decided to start incorrectly calculating USA customs duty.
USA customs duty is currently 10% on goods only and a 0.50p RM handling fee.
Today it is wrong.
£72 order has £9.72 customs duty + 0.50p handling fee when trying to pay for the label.
Did your system suddenly forget how to calculate 10%?
I charge my US customers 10% at checkout in order to pay this to Royal Mail when creating my labels via Click & Drop.
The correct value of a £72 order is £7.20 customs duty + 0.50p handling fee.
It's just one mistake after another with you and it is getting really embarrassing.
Where did this £9.72 amount come from?

@Administrator - so why is the charge no longer 10% ? It still only says 10% on those pages...

Tariff rates for shipping into the US are set by the US Government.

Same issue for me today - sent an item valued at £22 - it has been £2.20 (10%) duty for months - now all of a sudden they charged £5.50 (25%) today.
No announcement that the duty rates have increased - at least you only got charged 13.5% duty.
How are we supposed to collect the correct amount from our customers if the duty changes on a daily basis?
Did you get any response from Royal Mail?
