I just stopped bothering with claims. That system is a joke. Doing this directly from click and drop would be much better. They could even calculate time frames and tracking info without all the unnecessary work.

Yes, and now they no longer keep the items selected, you have to identify all the orders again and select them from scratch. It's quite annoying.

This is necessary.
Work flow.
1 - Choose and select 8 orders to be processed. These won't be in received order. They could be random from 40 orders waiting to be processed.
2 - Open them in tabs by selecting 'view order details' so correct postage can be added to each of the orders. Not forgetting to now pin the tabs so they don't close again.
3 - Return to main orders page to 'pay and generate labels' for the 8 selected orders. These used to stay selected. Now they have to be identified and selected again.
4 - Still on main orders page to 'book collection' for the 8 orders. I have to again identify and select the 8 orders.
5 - Back on main orders page to 'mark as despatched' the 8 orders. Have to identify and select them again.
Please change it so selected orders have to be manually unselected.

And guess what? it still doesn't guarantee they will scan them or mark them collected. I stopped using collections for UK orders and just put my Tracked 48 stuff into the post box. Had no problems so far. I can not go to the post office for international items because standing in a queue and taking large quantities is a pain for everyone. Local depot is not an option because I don't drive and it is miles away. So I added 30p to my international postage costs and I think this has reduced my sales. But I do note that the click and drop site still says if you have any additional items, please hand them over. So are they saying that this 30p payment is optional?
