    We used to be able to very easily book parcel collections from 3rd parties to be delivered to us (not customer returns) via the ParcelForce portal but sice the RM and PF fully merged and the PF portal has been replaced by C&D there is no longer any way to do this which is not only EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING but also completely nonsensical!

  4. Products export only exports maximum 5000 rows/products. A big problem if you have tens of thousands of products requiring bulk updates
