    I'd also like to be able to merge items longer than 31 days old as I do a lot of customised work. Royal Mail please improve the merge facility, I'm sure this is a simple fix your end.

  5. Increase the merge function limit to orders 90 days old.

    We have limited the merge order functionality to 31 days for system performance reasons, but we will review whether extending this limit is feasible.

    For the time being, in this scenario you will need to create a new order, or clone the existing order to proceed with a merge.

    Thanks, these options are not practical, it's easier for me to revert back to Royal Mail online but does make things messy at my end.
