  1. Issue with Parcel Drop-Off Confirmation Screen

    I am experiencing an issue with the parcel locker service. Every time I post a letter, a screen appears asking, “Did you load the Parcel?” with options to select YES or NO.
    • Regardless of what I press, a random locker compartment opens.
    • Sometimes I receive an email confirmation that the parcel was dropped off, but other times I don’t get anything.
    • I am unsure whether I should press YES, NO, or ignore the message altogether.

    While my parcels have been received so far, I don’t always get proof of posting, which is concerning. I need guidance on…

  3. The RM app doesnt work on foldables with a change of orientation

    See the attached screen shots and look at all the information vanishing when switching from portrait to landscape on the Honor magic v2 (a £1600 phone). It does exactly the same on the Samsung galaxy fold 5 too.

    You have an issue with your reactive design not adapting properly to anything not in a 16:9 aspect ratio.

  4. Fix 'bring your label' feature, it doesn't work when re-booking collection

    When re-booking collection or when adding multiple pre-paid items, it's not possible to add 'bring your label', it's a bug on your system.
    Specifically, I was returning Nespresso capsules for recycling and could only add 'bring your label' to one out of 5 bags in my order.

  5. The whole site needs looking at it is so messy and unclear.

    The designer must have thought what a colourful site which it is but it ends there. Most of us want a clear easy to understand system. The section asking do you want to print yourself has both options in each box. After filling in the forms for one letter the checkout box said 2 items I spent an age looking for the second only to find it was the free collection

  7. Why for an International Tracked & Signed parcel does it let you select a collection Date & Bring My Label when booking but then disapear?

    Click & Drop lets you select a Collection & Bring My Label for an International Tracked Signed parcel - It is clearly stated as an option after the country (France) has been selected - Then once you've been duped into thinking that it will be collected and a label brought, (I have photos if you want proof!) the final order page after payment shows no collection
    or label being brought. There is an option there to add a Collection but no longer the Bring My Label option. Completely useless when your printer is broken. There's no way of using QR…

  8. Get a Click and Drop site that works properly

    So its not working now. When you use the dashboard sometimes its populated sometimes not, sometimes you have to click in and out of screens just to get the orders to be searchable. The system has never been so unreliable and not working correctly.

  9. Sort out your communications to delivery personnel!!

    I booked a collection for an item, postie to bring label, left in specified safe place.
    I get a message collection unsuccessful, nobody home - even though ITEM WAS IN SAFE PLACE.
    I rebook the collection, wait at home. Postie turns up... WITHOUT A LABEL. I spend 10 minutes with him stood at my doorstep trying to find how to print a label from the order page and there is nothing. So in the end after both of us are embarrassed and I'm very wound up, he has to leave without the parcel. What a hopeless service.
