Integrate International Addresses with the Post Office system
When I drop international items at my local Post Office they have to laboriously type the address details into their system. They don't have to do that with UK items which seem to be updated automatically. Why can't the same apply to international items?

Allow "no collection" as an option
When sending a parcel on send.royalmail.com as an unregistered member of the public, I am forced to select "schedule a collection" or "add to an existing collection". There is no option to select "I will post myself / do not collect". Instead, you have to proceed to checkout and then remove the collection from the basket.

Have a way of desecting the collection that I don't remember selecting in the first place.
Have a way of desecting the collection that I don't remember selecting in the first place. I just had to abandon the buying of a label because I couldn't find a way to do this.

The ability to scan QR codes from labelless returns in the app so that a collection can be arranged
I want to be able to scan a QR code from labelless returns in the app so that a label can be printed at home and collection arranged as there are too few post offices in general and even less that can make a label.

return address
The facility to not show sender's address is not available in the beta system but it is in the old system. If it has to be there then the faciliuty to use another address (stored) needs to be made available. Currently it does not allow a change from the default address

Support Labels 2 Go / QR Codes for International Labels
When you book a parcel for click & drop, you are given a QR code that can be scanned by a Royal Mail employee at one of their offices, which will then print the label, and job done.
Currently, when you book a parcel for international delivery you will not be given a QR code - it will just say "QR code unavailable".
3 votesThank you for your suggestion. We are currently working on extending Labels to Go QR codes to include international shipments requiring a CN22.
Kind regards
