  1. Tracked 24 - allow user to answer 'No' to 'Would you like to have your item collected?

    When entering Sender details in step 4 of the click and drop process for a Tracked 24 item there is a question : 'Would you like to have your item collected?'
    It is not currently possible to answer 'No' to this question. It is also not possible to remove the collection options at this stage.
    Royal Mail Support (in a telephone call) advised the way to do this is to proceed with a collection, use the 'Add to basket' button, and then once the item is in the basket, use the remove function to delete the collection service from the…

  2. Update the system to show Tracked 24 and 48 items can be dropped off at post office

    I understand dropping off Tracked 24 and 48 items at a post office was not allowed until relatively recently.
    The 'https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/tracked-24' page clearly states 'Alternatively, you can choose to print and apply your own label and drop your Tracked 24 items off at a Post Office or at a Parcel Postbox near you.'

    However in several places, the web site and click and drop instructions have not been updated to reflect this.

    For example, the 'https://send.royalmail.com/' page has a graphic for the 'Print at home' option which suggests 'Take your item to a Post Office' but…

  3. Click&Drop: you cannot elect NOT to have Collection on the order pages

    Page 4 Sender: asks the question 'Would you like to have your item collected?' However there is NO means of selecting the answer No! And you appear forced to order a collection. Therefore, you do not place the order, and spend a long time trying to understand what has gone wrong and waiting for customer services to answer your call.
    The vital missing information is that you can delete the Collection you do not want from the shopping basket. Not a logical process, and had me entirely frustrated. Would have expected a more professional process.

    It would be nice if I knew what time my parcel was being collected at, I have had no confirmation or anything and there is nowhere online to check

    I was pleased when you brought in the parcel collection service for just 60p. At a time when revenue is important to fund your operations, Why drop the charge ? I was more than happy to pay it .

  7. QR Codes for International Labels

    When you book a parcel for click & drop, you are given a QR code that can be scanned by a Royal Mail employee at one of their offices, which will then print the label, and job done.

    Currently, when you book a parcel for international delivery you will not be given a QR code - it will just say "QR code unavailable".

  8. Allow Label Printing from app/change document format

    Currently it seems the only option to print documents on the app is an a4 sheet with the label and proof of postage (or to go into the history and print them all one by one which is time consuming, and still A4). Could we have the option for just the label. If I go to the post office to drop off my items they just scan it and produce a CoP so I don’t need to print it off myself. Just the label in A6/6x4 would be handy to have.

  9. Edit a Collection without starting again

    When you complete a collection request it -seems- to give you the option to 'amend' but it does not allow you to add any more parcels, doing so you have do do everything again from scratch. Streamlining this edit process, so extras can be added or removed without having to start again. Being able to cancel any right up until the point of collection (unless it is the only one, as this would, of course, affect the postperson's route and waste time). Or allow a refund for any 'unavailable' on the day if there has been an error.

  10. Add delivery status to Proof of Postage screen on RM app

    Really like that we can scan item + postbox for PoP now however we send enough that ‘30 most recent’ could fill up very quickly and it would be great to be able to see if an item has been delivered on (or from) the PoP screen itself. That way we could happily remove it from the list as theoretically there is now proof of delivery instead.

    Obviously it would be great if it checked each item in the list automatically but even having the ability to click on the item number and have that load it in the tracking…

  11. Set up your site to 'remember' card details & return address for logged-in users?

    Could you please set up your site to 'remember' card details & return address for logged-in users? It's a nuisance to have to enter them every time I use the service. I would also like to see the 10 item limit increased or removed, please!

    (NB - I wasn't really sure what to select from the drop-down. I do have an online business account, but I've only ever used https://send.royalmail.com/ for Click & Drop, and it makes no difference if I'm logged-in or not).
