Show Trading Name Logo on Open Orders Page
Under the heading "Channel" there is a picture of a piece of paper and a shopping cart.
When you hover over the "picture" it says which of our trading names we used on that order.
We have an icon set in the preferences for each of our trading names, so why can't they be shown in the Channel instead of the same unnecessary picture for all trading names/channels?7 votesHello,

Import 'Gift Message' for Etsy Orders
Please can you include the gift message on Etsy orders, you do this fine for Amazon orders. I keep missing the messages on Etsy and get bad feedback on the platform.

Add integration for AbeBooks
Please integrate with AbeBooks. They have their own specific country tax registration codes for the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, etc. and in general, it would be nice to have those orders automatically import into Click & Drop. It is a main platform for many booksellers (about half our orders) and I believe it is owned by Amazon, so there should be a way to utilise that existing relationship.

Allow User to Specify Order Status Shopify Orders Import For
We would like an option for Click & Drop to fetch orders from Shopify which are marked as 'payment pending'.
We have a lot of account customers who get an invoice with their order.
Royal Mail only downs the order if it marks as paid which means we send it via DHL instead.
The DHL Shopify integration has options to let you choose which orders to download.

Support Channel Custom Fields to be Printed on Despatch Note
So many of our products are personalised and unfortunately, the name chosen by the customer to be printed on the product is not visible on the dispatch note, which makes it very difficult for us as we have to print additional packing slip with the customisation name for each order.
It would save us time if you could add this information to the despatch note so we can print it out and personalise product and dispatch.
Currently the despatch note shows SKU and Product Name

Add an 'Order Count' of Orders in Selected Batches
When you select Batches in the Batches view, there's a summary which tells you 'x of y batches selected'. It would be very useful to also show the number of Orders in those batches without needing to look at the orders overview

Introduce Role Based Access Control to C&D
Please make batch information and manifests private. There is no need for all users to be able to see this information - it is private for the business owner or accounts department only to see.

Impliment Two Factor/Multi Factor Authentication
Many services online now support two factor authentication via either Google Authenticator methods or SMS. This helps protect our account and customer data held within it.
This should be a feature and we should be able to enforce it on a per account option.

Greater Control Over Print Layout & Order
I would like to print the postage label and CN22 customs next to each other so utilizing A4 - 2 per sheet Self-adhesive labels. At present to print 4 labels and 4 CN22 it takes 8 sheets, these could be but on 2 sheets. More control to print maybe print label, CN22, and proof of delivery on one page.

Print Customs Declaration & Address Label Together
It's really confusing & awkward to have one sheet (or 10) of address labels & one sheet (or 10) of customs labels. Matchign them up can be a PITA & very time consumng
Why can we not have the Address and Customs label of the same package side by side ?

Make Despatch Date Editable
If you are unable (or forget) to mark your posted item as dispatched on the day it is dispatched, the date you mark it is automatically inserted. If it is a couple of days later (after a weekend), the displayed dispatch date will be incorrect. Being able to correct this would be useful.

Reorganise the fields in the Create Order screen
Change the order of the fields in the Create Order screen so I can add the Post Code immediately after the recipient's name, when using the Tab key to navigate

Add Option to Set Default Service Extensions for Services
Could we have an option to set defaults such as (have it applied or not) "Provide SMS notification to the recipient" & "Provide email notification to the recipient" for all tracked items.
It would make sense rather than select those tick boxes on every order to be able to have it pre-set as default and option to manually untick those boxes for customers that don't want notifications. it would make processing a lot more efficient.

Don't Print 'Return Address' on Labels Printed Via QR Code
When I'm trying to create a label via Royal Mail Send an Item, it asks for the sender's details. I do not wish to have my home address displayed so I untick the option.
The PDF Label downloaded after I've paid for postage does not show my home address. However, when I go to the Delivery Office and have it printed via QR code, my home address displays in the return sender field.

Convert Common Non-ASCII Characters When Importing Orders
When entering a name and address in to Shopify (and most other web sites), Unicode character set is available to users. When these orders are imported into Click & Drop, any non-ascii characters are flagged up for manual "fixing".
By far the most common "invalid address" that C&D asks me to fix (every day) involves just changing apostrophes from Unicode "right single quotation mark" (U+2019 or U+2032) characters to their ASCII apostrophe equivalent (U+0027).
There are other cases, most notably European addresses containing diacritical marks, etc. While I'm sure the developers could automatically convert these to the nearest equivalent roman…

Planned despatch Date Default to Last Selected Date
When using the Planned despatch date option - Please add a Checkbox Option to Hold last Used Date for the session.
Particularly at the end of the month when the Planned despatch date is on the next month it would make using the Planned despatch date quicker and more efficient

Add intergration for Folksy
Folksy is the UK version of Etsy, there is a lot of sellers on there who also sell on Etsy which you have integrated already. I think lots of Folksy sellers who are on CandD would benefit from this integration.

Bulk Proof of Postage Instead of Individual Certificates for Each Parcel
We need bulk facility for click and drop when proof of posting is required. Instead of printing individual certificates for each parcel it would better to print out one certificate listing all the parcels . This could be fine by printing the bulk certificate from the batch history
