Tracking/delivery confirmation for letters
Any chance we could see click and drop have 'letters' included with tracking/delivery confirmation in the future? (not just large letters and parcels).
At the moment, a marketplace such as Etsy won't add tracking details for customers (via click and drop) that purchase orders though us (that are sent with the 'letter' size).
We send many letter size shipments daily and it's a shame that they don't count towards Etsy's tracking system.
1 voteDelivery confirmations have been extended to cover a greater number of non-tracked services and formats, and we will continue to review the services and formats we can offer delivery confirmations for.

Allow me to edit my Collection address
At the moment I can only use the address as returned by your address look up, I cannot make any amendments to the address after I have selected it. I would like to add my house number in addition to the name, as my house is moiré readily identified by number.
Alternatively, add the ability to provide some instructions for a collection address.

Option To Not Import 'Click & Collect' Orders
I would like an option that if someone has selected Click and Collect on the WooCommerce site that they aren't pulled through to click and drop.

Import Images With Orders From Integrations
When orders are imported from channels like eBay and Amazon, it would be good if the product images were also imported

We already import quantity of units for orders.
Could you provide some context as to how the condition of the goods you have sold is used in processing a shipment?

Allowed to select "Parcel" and "RM48 LBT"
I have been incurring penalties for RM48 LBT parcels. An investigation has uncovered that I do not have RM48 parcel service, only Large Letter, but I have been allowed to choose size "parcel" and service "TRS48" which is a large letter ONLY band thus incurring a £1 penalty for every parcel.
1 voteHello, thank you for your suggestion. TRS 48 LBT (Letter Box-able Tracked) is available on parcel format to afford you the full 1000g weight limit TRS48 supports. You must still adhere to the service specifications, which for letter box-able includes a weight limit of 1000g, and dimensions matching that of Large Letter. Please speak with your account manager to get the full details of your services specifications. We will consider changes to make these limitations clearer in the future.

Label Generation: Customise Document / Label Order
We have set Click & Drop for returns labels to print as well as the send-to address labels.
Consensus amongst the despatch staff is we don't want this because the send-to label comes out first, so they will end up using the wrong label. The despatch process is that the last task is to put the send-to address label on the packet.
I know you may think this is splitting hairs, but the reality is if we can’t have the returns label come out first, it’s useless. It’s just not worth taking the risk that parcels will be returned to…

Improve Post Code Validation
UK Postcodes. C&D accepts normal postcodes as eg AB12x3CD and AB123CD as valid but rejects AB12xx3CD as invalid (x represents a space). Surely it should be simple enough to either strip all spaces or reject those with no spaces.

Add Order Totals, Order Line Totals and Tax to Despatch Note
Currently the dispatch note displays the product items but not costs. It would be handy to have an option to display this, along with a breakdown of tax and postage costs.

Add an 'Order Count' of Orders in Selected Batches
When you select Batches in the Batches view, there's a summary which tells you 'x of y batches selected'. It would be very useful to also show the number of Orders in those batches without needing to look at the orders overview

Introduce Role Based Access Control to C&D
Please make batch information and manifests private. There is no need for all users to be able to see this information - it is private for the business owner or accounts department only to see.

Reorganise the fields in the Create Order screen
Change the order of the fields in the Create Order screen so I can add the Post Code immediately after the recipient's name, when using the Tab key to navigate
