Add 'collection' option to click & Drop accounts
Stop having to log out of a Click & Drop online account to be able to arrange collection from home address. Presently this is the only way to arrange and pay for collection, which negates the useful integration features of the account, and prevents customers spending more money with you....

Totally agree with this suggestion. Having to book a collection separately when it could be done as part of the order process is something I often forget o do and every time I have to manually input details that are already stored in my click and collect account

Please accelerate your considerations - it is an absurd omission, hugely time wasting for your customers and the single reason why I won’t be using my account until I can add a collection at check out. Why would this need any consideration at all? It is an obvious aspect of the service. You are so proud to be offering collections and are simply shooting yourself in the foot and irritating your users by making it so difficult. Deep sigh.

I would like to see another box that tells us what item is booked for collection or has been collected. At present I have just booked 2 collections for the same parcel. Its frustrating.

All the information and marketing material for Parcel Collect states that it is available via Click and Drop but in fact it is not. I have ebay integration set up. I have to go to https://www.royalmail.com/collection (which tells me to use Click and Drop) and click the link for Click and Drop which takes me to another web page with a Click and Drop logo at the top. Then I have to manually enter all the postage details and pay for the individual label. Then print it out onto an A4 sheet, cut it out with scissors and tape it to the parcel while my label printer gathers dust. Then back to Click and Drop to cancel the order that was generated automatically by ebay, then to ebay to mark the item as dispatched. DHL do a nice collection service, it has all the same problems but I don't get so angry using it.

If I go to Click and Drop and 'send one item' I am able to pay 72p to have my item collected. This is not offered as an option when logging in and using my account - but I want to pay to have items collected so the account is not very useful to me.
