Shipping Rules to work for orders with more than 1 item
We are a mailing house that picks, packs and despatches for a variety of customers. Lots of those customers have orders that have more than one item. Currently using shipping rules to apply postage only works for orders that have only one item. This means we have a lot of orders that the postage rules will not work for. Please could you fix it so that all orders no matter how many items will have the postage automatically applied when using shipping rules. This will save us so much time. Many thanks Zoe

I would absolutely second the need for this and is a huge pain point of our process. The only problem i can see is that we have had to add packaging and inserts weight on top of the product weights into Shopify product listings so that when the weights pull through to click and drop and follow a rule through to automatic posting for single product orders they are absolutely correct and we therefore do not get surcharges for incorrect declared weights. If the rules applied the postage to multiple product orders it would then add packaging and insert weight multiple times meaning that your final parcel would be overdeclared weight wise and you would be surcharged. However it would be extremely helpful to be able to have actual weight of just the product in our website product listings and then a rules section in Click and drop to be able to calculate the correct add on packaging/inserts weight eg if product is X x 2 then postage weight add on =Y, if product X and product Y then postage weight add on = Z etc .

We also have the same problem, we have set up the weights for every product which pull through to click and drop through Magento, so why should the system not automatically apply the postage for orders with more than 1 product?! It takes us hours to apply postage to every order individually as we have hundreds of orders daily!!

We have the same problem - most orders we process are for more than one item and our despatch team would save so much time and effort if they were considered in the same way as single item orders. Our platform is Magento 2.
