Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label
As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:
(a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
(b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.
Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.
It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

Go back to dashboard
Select same orders again
Click drop down for collection

Print labelsAs per Sam's idea you just need to add a tick box on the postage confirmation screen, in the settings allow it to be set ticked as default (so we dont have to remember every day to tick it), on the payment confirmation screen trigger the collection pop up options, or even have them in a drop down on the postage confirmation screen so when you tick collection it drops down to show there.
It would be a huge improvement, as being given a cost to now absorb AND given a process where it takes double the time to now arrange the collections is really a frustrating pill to swallow.

We all suffer the charges for taking payments. Surely you pay a charge for the postage payment and then pay another charge for the collection part? Adding a tick box to include the collection payment in the postage cost, or use a basket / checkout system to take all payments in one go.

To avoid having to go through two lots of booking and seperate payments for one parcel provide a tickbox so the collection charge is added to the service selected.

Right now, paying for postage and collection is done separately, which means making two payments.
It would be great if you could streamline this by allowing customers to pay for both postage and collection in one go. This would really reduce the hassle and make things smoother.

If I want to send a package AND have it collected, I currently have to pay twice; firstly for the package then again to arrange the collection. Instead, why not have an option to add a collection as part of the Order Creation stage?

Four of my last five collections have failed. Had to travel to the local delivery office to get the live plants in the post or they would be DOA.
Not good enough, looking at alternative couriers now -

The beta version isn't enabling the option to order collection at all. Please do integrate them. As a disabled person in a rural area, this is critical. Thank you.
