Support Cloning Despatched Orders
Often, a customer returns a despatched item to swap for a different size, etc. It is currently not possible to generate a new label using the name & address details from an existing despatched order. Instead, the label for the replacement item needs to be created from scratch manually. Suggest providing a new option in the drop-down "action" box when looking at a past label order, to create a new label order using the same name, address and contact details.
Hello, thank you for your suggestion. We are currently adding the ability to 'clone' manifested orders which will allow you to create new orders and labels with the same details as a previously manifested order.

Another vote for this. We get repeat customers and want to do stuff this way.
Also, when an item is declared missing and we have to re-ship, it would save having to manually re-enter all the info again.

Would it be possible to take an already dispatched order and generate a fresh order from it? ie copying the customer address, name and contact details etc.
We cannot use the current address book feature as we get a lot of single one-off orders. Though when we do get an inquiry from a repeat customer finding there old order and copying the details to a fresh order at the click of a button would be so helpful.
