Tracking status, Click & Drop says this feature has been completed, but when I go to Reports, Manifested orders. The tracking status header is showing but there is no tracking information. Can this be sorted out as this would be very useful feature to keep check on the progress of our tracked mail we send via C&D without having to check each item individually .
Peter - What listing page are are seeing the status on? The OP is regarding the order list available from the "Reports" menu -> "Manifested orders" item, i.e.:
We're still not seeing any status given here for our last 1000+ orders sent Tracked24 / Special Delivery / International Tracked.
However, I've just realised you can enable the same "Tracking Status" column on the order listing given from the "Orders" menu -> "Orders overview" item, then change the tab from "Open orders" to "Manifested orders":
This *does* have the Tracking Status column populated, albeit not always up to date for some international orders, but at least allows you to pin-point potential problems. Maybe one day this functionality will be replicated on the main manifest report page!

The Tracking Status is there for some packages, but not for others which have in fact been delivered when you click through to the Royal Mail tracking site
Yepp, another vote to get the tracking status column working (!) In these times of delayed/missing deliveries due to strikes and cyber hacks, it would save a great deal of time when sorting out disgruntled customers...
Don't you think we should be able to sort orders/labels by product name/SKU? It would help with picking and packing if the same products were printed one by one.

RM please add/fix the Tracking Status in Click and Drop Reports system, this would be a great help to all your customers. using the system save a lot of time clicking on each item sent to check its update
I agree. This is incredibly frustrating. Click & Drop says the Tracking status feature has been COMPLETED - but it hasn't.
The Tracking Status column is there, but it is empty. So it seems that the Royal Mail C&D team have agreed that it is a valid feature, but haven't completed the programming to make it work. Come on RM, anything to make our lives a bit easier at the moment would be appreciated.
A feature that you claim to have implemented (in November 2021), but haven't, is a massive fail!
