Support Adding Credit to Accounts to Reduce Card Payments
Have the abililty to pre load the account with funds so that we don't have to authorise a credit card transaction or paypal transaction every time we produce a label
Hi and thank you for your suggestion. We are considering ways to support payments without having to supply your card details for each transaction.
Many thanks

Why has Parcel2Go's system allowed & encouraged users to pre-load their account for years. Ummmm, because it makes the payment process so much quicker & slicker. If Worldpay is having issues you can then still pay & generate labels. It was also stop what happened to me the other day with multiple low value transactions triggering a fraud block & I then had to wait for failed payments to time out before trying to pay again. Come on RM this needs doing on personal C&D accounts.

This is already available in Drop & Go

Having to put the full card details in every time an order is placed is time consuming. Don't yet have enough throughput to open an OBA.
Hoping that this option is available there! -

With the number of times Click and Drop payments have been down recently, my feature request is pre-pay. Parcelforce allows you to you add money to your postage account in advance. Each time you buy a label, the amount is deducted from this.
If my feature request was implemented, it would allow us to generate labels as normal when the payment system is down, and reduce the number of statement lines for us to reconcile for our bookkeeping.
This would be a game-changing feature for non-OBA Click and Drop users.

Could you please set up your site to 'remember' card details & return address for logged-in users? It's a nuisance to have to enter them every time I use the service. I would also like to see the 10 item limit increased or removed, please!
(NB - I wasn't really sure what to select from the drop-down. I do have an online business account, but I've only ever used https://send.royalmail.com/ for Click & Drop, and it makes no difference if I'm logged-in or not).
