Import VOEC & Other Customs Scheme Details
VOEC number for Norway or other VAT system scheme's should automatically be pulled through from eBay / Amazon etc integration with their unique number, similar to how the IOSS number is pulled through.
Thank you for your suggestion. We are expanding the range of data we consume from our third party integrations; we will consider VOEC and other Pre Registration Schemes as a part of these changes.

Work harder. You don't seem to do it with deliveries and cost us plenty of money with no recourse (no 1st class stamps is not a reimbursement for not doing your job), the least you can do is build the digital infrastructure properly.

Agreed with the OP. The current lack luster solution is costing small businesses money. eBay charges the customer VAT upfront, displays the VOEC code and status at order level, but non of this data is reaching Royal Mail, and your systems do not allow this to be defined in Settings > Customs > within the digital declaration form.
Its not that difficult to pull these details from the order or from an account declaration settings form when the trigger Norway is selected at the order level when imported from a marketplace via integration.
For now I have to stop shipping to Norway or I go out of business, thanks Royal Mai!

In addition, we should be able to import these values using a CSV import. There should be two fields, one for pre-reg tax type (eg 'VOEC' or 'ABN') and the other for the tax number (eg 'NO:2024926').
At present, these can only be specified by trading name, but not all eBay orders have tax collected on them.
(Just to clarify, we use third-party multi-channel order management software that integrates with Click And Drop using CSV exports)
