In addition, we should be able to import the tax details via CSV import.
I can export these from our order management software, but there are no import fields I can map them to.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are expanding the range of data we consume from our third party integrations; we will consider VOEC and other Pre Registration Schemes as a part of these changes.

As a follow-up to my previous comment, it is no longer sufficient to just display the VOEC number on the printed label.
"Posten replayed: VOEC number must be added both electronic and physical to the shipment" is what a recent customer in Norway has told us.
I see it is possible to send 'Tax Identifiers' via the API when generating shipments, I don't see why this can't be possible via a CSV import. An error occurred while saving the comment

In addition, we should be able to import these values using a CSV import. There should be two fields, one for pre-reg tax type (eg 'VOEC' or 'ABN') and the other for the tax number (eg 'NO:2024926').
At present, these can only be specified by trading name, but not all eBay orders have tax collected on them.
(Just to clarify, we use third-party multi-channel order management software that integrates with Click And Drop using CSV exports)

It is no longer sufficient to put the tax details on the address label, they also need to be submitted electronically, otherwise recipient ends up paying tax twice.
