Missing 7-Day Orders Graph and Inaccurate Sales Data
Royal Mail previously showed a simple 7-day graph in Click & Drop, clearly displaying how many orders were received each day, which was very useful. The new update looks more advanced, but this feature seems to have been removed.
The new sales graph that appears when hovering over each day is also inaccurate. It shows very low order numbers, sometimes around 10 or less, whereas we actually receive hundreds of orders on those days.
Currently, there is no clear way to see how many orders are received per day or the total over a week. While the data may exist somewhere, it does not appear to be reliable or accessible in a useful format.
I know someone has already raised this issue, but I’m not sure if the admin or developers have fully noticed or understood it. That’s why I’m adding my feedback as well.
Could you please confirm if this is being worked on and whether the previous functionality will be restored or improved?
Thank you for your feedback.
The inconsistencies in the sales data should now be resolved.
A new tab has also been added to the sales dashboard which displays the number of imported/created orders per day, similarly to the old 7-day graph. Admin users can access this by going into Home -> Dashboard and clicking on the button marked 'Created'.
Kind regards,
Click & Drop Team

"We are working on resolving the data issue and this should be fixed very soon.!"
It has now been over 3 months since you said that the date issue would be fixed. It is still wrong. Click and Drop shows 6 new orders for today so far, this is wrong.
We need the 7 day sales graph back. It was a KEY part of click and drop for many sellers. I used it every day. I am yet to once use any of the new date provided!

The new more detailed sale data is too much information that is irrelevant for our order fulfilment team. We would like a a simple, visual like you used to have to show the last 7 days order count please.

The previous version showed a running total of orders placed over the last 7 days, visible at a glance on the dashboard. It was a genuinely useful indicator of how busy a given week was — helpful for spotting trends, planning staffing, and catching anything unusual without having to dig through reports.
Since the update, that visibility has disappeared, and it's a feature we actively miss. Bringing it back — even as a simple dashboard tile — would restore a quick, practical way to track weekly order activity without extra clicks.

When is this going to be implemented? It has been a couple of months since you removed one of the key tools on Click and Drop.
We really need daily sales volumes back.

I raised this as a point about a month ago and it has not been done even though it is marked as complete.
"Add back in the 7 day sales graph. It was a very useful tool to monitor daily/weekly sales across multiple platforms."
The graph on the new dashboard DOES NOT show 7 day sales. We constantly have 0 orders shown on this graph on a Saturday and Sunday. The graph seems to show orders dispatched on a certain day NOT orders that have come in on that day. Orders dispatched on a certain day is a useless statistic please change it back so we have a clear 7 day view of the orders that have come in.
This one graph that you have removed was far more useful then all the other statistics that you now show on the 'Dashboard'
