Address Finder Clears Name and Company Fields After April 2026 Update
The April 2026 update introduced changes to the name, company name, and address input block. If an address is verified by running it through the address finder again, any previously entered customer or company name is wiped. This is most important for orders imported through an integration.
Please could this screen be updated so that name fields are not cleared when an address lookup is performed.

Since you Updated the 'Create Orders' page last week it now adds an extra 45 minutes work for me on a busy day. That is not an improvment, its a big step backwards.

On the Create Order Page - orders imported from eBay, when 'Edit' is pressed please leave the Name Field in place, we wish to edit the Address NOT the Buyers Name. We have to look-up and edit every address imported from eBay due buyers incorrectly entering their address in to eBay, manually entering names back in to the Name field is very time consuming.
