    I have posted this before. You can sort by old to new and new to old on date, so why can't we sort product by A-Z allowing us to print all our products off in order? It's such an easy thing to apply.

    Unlike eBay Amazon does not allow you to block buyers. We get a few addresses each year that constantly buy products and say they have never arrived. This both costs us and royal mail time & money.

    If we could set a rule, or create an alert in the address book it would allow us to see they have ordered and cancel the order.
