Order checkboxes not de-selecting
When multiple orders are selected to generate labels they then move to the 'Orders ready for despatch' section. When you view that section the checkboxes for those orders are sill selected. As I have discovered, when you go to delete a single order from the three dot menu within the order, any other orders with checkboxes still selected are also deleted. This is a major flaw and does not happen in the old interface.

Incorrect tax calculations for international orders via Shopify and Click&Drop integration
We've identified inaccuracies in tax calculations for international orders within the Royal Click and Drop system. Despite our Shopify platform accurately pricing and taxing orders, an additional tax amount is being erroneously added when processed through Royal Mail Click and Drop, resulting in incorrect totals.
To illustrate this issue, please see the following order example:
Within our international Shopify order, item prices are clearly displayed, with the subtotal in EURO inclusive of tax at €17.99. The total order value is €102.80, equivalent to approximately £87.82 based on the current exchange rate.

Add Ability to Clone Products
When I create a product I would like to be able to duplicate it.
I only have to modify my SKUs for each product I post as the rest of the properties of the product remain the same.

Ability to Filter the Collections Grid
"My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).
I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.
Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

Add Ability to Sort by Weight in New Orders Grid
The new Orders Grid is missing a feature found in the original.
You can sort by weight, so that it shows the lightest in order down to the heaviest.

Beta Orders Grid: Cannot Select & Copy Text
In the Beta version of the Open Orders Page, I am not able to highlight and copy text, such as channel order number, customer name, and postcode. These details are often used to check/match orders back in the platform or third-party software.

Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent
Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

Display Customer Phone Number On International Shipments
Please add an option to add the customer phone number to the printed shipping label. This is necessary for some of Royal Mail's international delivery partners as they sometimes require the phone number to be visible in order to deliver the package to some locations/buildings.

Show Package Format on Open Orders Page
On the orders open page there are lots of headings to choose from to display or hide, but there isn't a way of showing if the items are parcels or large letters.

Option to Print Integrated Labels on A4 and CN22 on a 6x4 Label
If you choose Integrated Labels this means it has to be on A4, which means the CN22 has to be on A4 as well.
I want to print the CN22 on 6x4 using a different printer - but the option is greyed out.

Add integration for Wix
I’ve noticed almost every other ecommerce store is available to be integrated or something is in the works. If Wix could be added to this list it would be so helpful. Thank you
