This is a bit ridiculous Royal Mail, apply the pressure onto Wix to get this sorted. If not sorting with Wix go to one of the other integrators and get it added to their solution - if Evri can do it I am sure you can too!

Hello, I would like to inform you that an application has been created that integrates WIX and Royal Mail Click & Drop.

The SellIntegro Wix to Royal Mail Click & Drop integration app allows you to synchronize orders and tracking number details between the Wix store and the Royal Mail Click & Drop platform. It is managed by an easy configuration scenario and, once configured, integration runs in the background, keeping both systems up-to-date.

The configured integration keeps track of new orders on the Wix app and, upon reaching paid status, automatically sends the order data to Royal Mail Click & Drop. As soon as the order is processed at Royal Mail and is given a tracking number, the integration automatically fills in the order shipment’s details in the Wix app, adding this number in the proper field.

The integration also allows you to automatically process unfulfilled past orders.

I contacted Wix today regarding this issue, Royal Mail informed me months ago that they are ready to go with it but are just waiting on Wix.

The Wix customer service rep just told me that it isn't possible to do an integration with Royal Mail at this time, and they are collecting votes and may possibly do it in the future.
I was desperately hoping this wouldn't be the case because its such a pain now to move, but I think I will be making the switch to square space or shopify when my renewal is due soon

Hi I see there was a discussion re integrating click & drop with WIX in 2017, it's now 2021 and this doesn't seem to be an option? I have a new website with WIX and this would make everything soooooo much quicker and easier if there was an integration with the website. Will this be happing?

I have today managed to work out my WIX / Click and Drop integration using the click and drop desktop so off to have a cider in celebration of all that work saved entering postal details maually. It works, it has been tested, three times and still works the next day. Wahoo.

4 of my headings needed to be changed just use the drop-down menu.

All other platforms link with Click and Drop. What's the deal with Wix being so far behind the game?
I will be moving over to shopify in the new year if Wix can't handle it.

Finally today I have received confirmation from wix support that their developers will work on this integration to add Royal Mail as additional label provider into wix platform. We will be updated through features updates notifications when this is available.
In the meantime I will look forward to it for our wix based site.
