Finally today I have received confirmation from wix support that their developers will work on this integration to add Royal Mail as additional label provider into wix platform. We will be updated through features updates notifications when this is available.
In the meantime I will look forward to it for our wix based site.

Is someone able to create a feature request specifically for Royal Mail that we can all vote on?

I also share the same anger for Wix not to move forward with this topic. I have today had a long chat with one of the Wix support colleague and provide them link to this forum. Support colleague gave me a link to vote but unfortunately this link is pointless as its for voting to request additional shipping label options without specifying which ones? I have asked the support team member to create a specific shipping label article for voting for Royal Mail as shipping labels provider. They have said to me that they have added the Royal mail into the comments their developers will see and added the link to forum here to raise priority. I will follow up here again once there is a specific article has been created to vote for Royal Mail as shipping labels provider.

This is absolute nonsense, and I'm getting mixed answers from them. please please please, everyone get on twitter and tag @wix and @royalmail to get this issue solved. they only pay attention to social media, that's our power!! they don't care about phone calls or feature request. lets get this done guys.

I will be leaving WIX once my annual subscription runs out. I do not enjoy copy and pasting 70+ addresses, especially when I have to in batches of 10.

Looks like Wix is the blocker here and RM are ready to go with the integration. Any further updates?

LITERALLY hanging on by a thread with Wix because of this - what are they playing at? Wix are ridiculously behind the times. I cant cope with so many orders copy paste copy paste drives me nuts and wastes my time

I've heard that you need to employ someone with coding knowledge to edit in the developer mode ... Although it would be much easier for Wix to use one of their coders to work with RM ... it seems there are a great many of us that would benefit from this feature.

I love my wix site and how easy it is to amend but this really bugs me not to be able to use a simple feature like click and drop ...

manually input is a lot of work when you have several orders all at once

✅I have now officially left Wix and I really could not be happier with that decision. When you make the switch you actually realise how far very far behind they really are from everyone else. Shopify really is the way to go, whether you know how to code or not! And integrating Royal Mail with my Shopify store was one of the FIRST things I did

I have called WIX several times about Royal Mail inyegration, sometimes it is imenent sometime they have not heard of Royal Mail. I am reminding them of when I moved to WIX they told me that they would soon have have a Royal Mail integration, that was two years ago, they also told me at the same time that they would increase the nuber of variations to 100, they have just done the variations increase.
It needs more people as many as possible to complete a Feature Request for a Royal Mail integration. Sign up at https://community.wix.com/partners/forum/feature-requests and look for Royal Mail integration, do not just phone they take no notice of phone requests.

I think this has been given before. If you haven't voted for it, please do: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-stores-request-additional-real-time-shipping-carriers. It doesn't specifically mention Royal Mail, you could always request this via their support email. Here is their response (dated 24th March 2021):

Addressing your second question about the integration of Royal Mail postal service, alas, currently, Wix offers real-time shipping provided by two carriers:

• Users in the US can set up real time shipping calculations with USPS.
• Users in Brazil can set up real time shipping calculations with Correios.

Real time shipping calculations via other mail services is currently not supported. This is still our feature request, and our users are voting for it.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. We are trying to be as considerate as possible to our customers' needs and requests. New features and improvements are being launched all the time. Priority is given first to the features which are most requested, and to other matters that require our developers' attention
