Add integration for Wix

I’ve noticed almost every other ecommerce store is available to be integrated or something is in the works. If Wix could be added to this list it would be so helpful. Thank you

Hi all. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for Wix to authorise our integration and we haven’t been provided any timescales for when it will be completed.
We are trying to speed up the process for you. You may wish to contact Wix too to help them know how many of our customers are still waiting.

Hi, and thank you all for your feedback. Our schedule for new integrations is currently planned, but we will consider adding this as a future integration if the demand is high enough. In the meantime, we could suggest using Click & Drop desktop as a means to import your files directly into Click & Drop.

Any further news, I have contacted WIX to request the integration as mentioned in your last post. I have 5000 international parcels to ship and this integration would just make all the difference. If you could kindly exert some pressure on WIX to get a move on that would be kindly appreciated.

Agree - currently using hermes as cheaper but would be great to have an integration

As someone who has an e-commerce with Wix, it is extremely time consuming entering each customer's details onto Click & Drop every time I receive an order.
I also use ShipStation but I currently don't qualify for a RoyalMail business account either, which is needed for ShipStation.
Either way, this is very frustrating.

In response to this request several years ago, you guys stated that you were working to add Wix stores to the list of retail platforms supported by Click and Drop. I was wondering if there were any updates.

For anyone that’s looking for an update, I’ve spoken to Wix customer service on the phone and they have no recollection of this being ready anytime soon and they haven’t started developing it.

So I don’t know maybe if this is something that is done from Royal Mails side but wix certainly aren’t aware of it.

I suggest probably having to request the feature from Wix and vote. It’s very bad that other website builders have had this feature for a long time.
