Display 4 SKUs as a minimum
Printed labels should display 4 SKUs as a minimum and then the plus more. eBay seller like ourself have offers such as buy 2 get 2 free and buyers are allowed to choose 4 variants. This means 4 SKUs should appear ideally before the "Plus More" shows.
This slows down dispatch times hugely as each order has to be checked on CnD for the full SKU list and then written on the label. There is plenty of space on the label in the SKU box as apart from the customer order and CnD label number we have nothing else appear.
The idea of CnD is streamlining the dispatch process and not having the option to print 4 Skus as a minimum slows us down.
Please implement this if possible as we are sure this impacts a lot of online sellers.
This request has now been implemented. Thank you for your suggestion.
Click & Drop Team
Hi, on number 3 you say, your having the ability to to write more than one SKU on your label - how?
I import the csv file and it only allows one SKU, which is one line or like 10 characters which is dismal. Hoping you can help, Thank you.
The new "improvements" have caused some frustration with some of our SKU's getting cut off on the label.
I really hope the C&D team will revert the changes to the SKU's
Could you please reinstate the improvements which this forum called for and Click & Drop team developed and released a few years ago, but were then recently lost when the new label designs were released.
Namely as follows:
1. Increase SKU length to 40 characters.
Improvement previously released in May 2017.
2. Previous label design displayed the quantity in BOLD if it was more than 1.
Improvement was lost with new label design, causing me 15 customer complaints with missed multiple quantities.
3. New suggested SKU improvement:
Currently, when there are 4 or more SKUs on one label, the 4th SKU is replaced with the text "Plus more". However, this should only occur when there are 5 or more SKUs. If there are only 4 SKUs the 4th line could and should just display the 4th SKU.
